• There are no upfront costs, and our service includes the cost of all advertising and permits.
• A slide show of your sale will be posted on our site along with a description of your items.
• Upon completion of the sale, the client may reclaim any unsold items, or donations will be made to a local charity.
• The home will be swept/vacuumed and the countertops cleaned.
• A check will be issued promptly for the proceeds, along with a report of the sale.
• M & M Estate Service carries liability insurance and is bonded.
